ADMISSION DOCUMENTATION

Parents are requested to submit a copy of following documents at Admissions Department prior to fee payment to secure a seat of confirmation for their child(ren):

• Child's Aadhar Card/Passport/Ration Card

• Father's Aadhar Card/Passport/DL/Ration Card

• Mother's Aadhar Card/Passport/DL/Ration Card

• 4 Color Passport Photographs

• Medical Information

Parents are also required to submit following forms completely filled along with the Admission/registration form

• Know the Child Form

• Parent Consent Form

• Transport Consent Form

• Medical Form

• Copy of vaccination form
